Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on ek999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices or different payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms. ek999 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited and balances reviewed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password or any account access with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ek999 support immediately. ek999 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to secure their credentials.
All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be accurate. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements, claim bonuses fraudulently or evade identity checks is grounds for immediate account closure without return of funds.
ek999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification typically requires a copy of a valid government-issued ID. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Note: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ek999 will attempt to contact you before any action is taken on a dormant account.
All deposits on ek999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion and no requirement to hold funds in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Funding your ek999 account from a third party's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account is not permitted. If a deposit is traced to a third-party source, it may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the Deposit page. ek999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside ek999's control.
If a deposit does not appear in your ek999 balance within the expected timeframe, check your payment method's transaction history first. If funds have left your wallet or bank account but have not credited to ek999, contact support with your transaction reference number and the amount in PKR.
Withdrawals are paid in PKR back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being complete on your account. ek999 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the fastest, while bank transfers may take additional business days depending on interbank processing times. Your first withdrawal — and any withdrawal above a certain PKR threshold — will require identity verification to be complete before funds are released. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. Submitting clear, valid documentation promptly is the best way to avoid delays.
If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, your withdrawal request may be held until the requirement is met or you choose to forfeit the bonus balance. Forfeiting a bonus means the bonus amount and any winnings attributed solely to that bonus will be removed from your account before the withdrawal is processed.
Tip: To keep withdrawals moving smoothly, complete your account verification shortly after registration — before you request your first withdrawal — so there are no delays when you are ready to cash out.
ek999 offers a range of bonus and promotional offers including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses for returning players, and cricket-season promotions timed around PSL fixtures and T20 international schedules. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be staked before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is available on that balance.
Not all games and bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets on cricket, football and other markets typically contribute at a different rate to casino slots or live casino games. Each promotion page specifies which games and bet types qualify and at what contribution rate.
Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. Bonus expiry periods are listed on each individual promotion.
Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
ek999 monitors for bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Where abuse is identified, bonuses will be forfeited and accounts may be permanently closed.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ek999, including cricket betting (PSL, T20, ODI, Test matches and domestic tournaments), football, esports and all other sports markets offered on the platform.
A bet is confirmed only once ek999 has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Until that reference is issued, no bet has been accepted. If your device loses connection during bet placement, check your betting history before attempting to place the same bet again.
Pre-match odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed at that price. In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real time as the match progresses and are accepted at the price displayed at the exact moment of confirmation — not the price you may have seen moments earlier.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: a match that is abandoned or postponed without rescheduling within 48 hours, an obvious pricing error, or a market being suspended at the time of placement. Voided bets are returned to your PKR balance in full.
For cricket specifically — including T20 and PSL matches — if a match is abandoned mid-game due to weather or other factors, settlement will follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where a result has been officially declared, or bets will be voided if no official result is declared.
ek999 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets and betting markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum may be reduced or refused.
If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, human error or data feed failure, ek999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those prices, regardless of whether they have already been settled. Players who reasonably should have identified an error in the odds have an obligation to notify support rather than exploit the situation.
Casino games, live dealer tables, Bingo rooms and instant win games on ek999 are provided using certified random number generation (RNG) systems from established gaming technology providers. The outcome of all games is independently random and not influenced by prior results, player history or account status.
In the event of a game malfunction or technical error — such as a disconnection mid-round in a live casino game — the round in question will be void and the stake returned to your balance. ek999 is not responsible for losses caused by the player's own internet connection issues, though it will investigate reports of platform-side technical faults promptly.
Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled session basis. Ticket purchases for a Bingo session are final once the session begins. Players who join late will participate with the tickets they purchased but will have missed called numbers prior to joining — this does not entitle the player to a refund or additional tickets.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Players are expected to behave respectfully in the live chat features of these games. Abusive, threatening or inappropriate messages directed at dealers or other players will result in suspension from the live casino section and may result in full account suspension.
Players are expected to use the ek999 platform honestly, fairly and in good faith at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:
ek999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate conduct rules, with or without prior warning depending on the severity of the violation.

Players are required to cooperate with security checks when requested. Any attempt to reverse a legitimate deposit through a chargeback or payment dispute while retaining winnings constitutes fraud. ek999 will pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to close the associated account permanently.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests submitted before the suspension will be held until the investigation is resolved. If the suspension is lifted, withdrawals will be processed normally. If the account is permanently closed due to a violation, balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
